Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this trip your passport should not expire before October 28, 2026.

Starting in 2025 US passport holders will need to apply for a visa waiver through the European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS ) to travel to Italy or anywhere else in Europe. The visa waiver is valid for three years or until the passport expires.

If you select the LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are required to make your own flight arrangements and airport transfers. The airport we will fly into is the Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino Airport. The airport code is FCO. The group flight will depart from Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR)on April 19, 2026 and arrive in Rome, Italy on April 20, 2026. We will depart Venice, Italy, Venice Marco Polo Airport. Airport code VCE on April 28, 2026. If you are purchasing your own flight, you should make note of these dates and plan your flight and airport transfer accordingly.

A tourist tax is a tax that must be paid per person for each night of your stay. The tax has a variable cost depending on the municipality and is collected directly to the hotel. For the LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are required to make your own flight arrangements. When making your own flight arrangements, you must pay close attention to dates. You should schedule your flight to ARRIVE in Rome on April 20, 2026. You should also schedule your flight to depart from Venice, Italy on April 28, 2026. You are also responsible for getting to the hotel from the airport and back to the airport for your international flights.
Final payment is due by January 15, 2026.
