You would fill out two separate forms, one for you and one for your roommate and make two separate payments.

Accepted Answer

You will complete one form. In the drop-down box for “total number of passengers” enter “2”. You will be able to enter your roommate’s name and information as Passenger 2

Does submitting my reservation request book my trip and lock in the price?

Accepted Answer

Submitting your reservation request does not book your trip or locks in your price. Your trip is booked, and your price is locked in only after your deposit is processed and your reservation is confirmed.

I am ready to book my vacation and pay my deposit, but my roommate is not. Can I book my trip now?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you may book your trip now. However, because there would be only one person on the reservation, you will be booked at the single occupancy rate after one month if your roommate does not book.  Should you add a roommate later, your rate will revert to the double occupancy rate

What happens if I make payments, but my roommate fails to pay?

Accepted Answer

You will be responsible for finding a new roommate or you must pay the additional cost for the occupancy change. i.e. If you were originally booked for double occupancy, you would now have to pay the single occupancy rate if you are not able to get a new roommate.

I entered my credit card information to pay my deposit, but when I checked my bank account my card was not charged. What happened?

Your credit card will not be charged when you enter your information into the form. Your card will be charged after the reservation request is reviewed by one of our reservation specialist and everything is as quoted.

It is not required, but we do recommend that you purchase travel insurance along side your trip. Life happens, and in the event that you are not able to make your trip, you'll be able to recover your out of pocket expenses outlined in the policy.

Yes, you may book your vacation without entering passport information. Please let us know when you receive your passport so that we can take down this information.

All hosted trips and bus trips payments to Opulence Travel Agency and Traveling Sistas Travel Group are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Opulence Travel Agency has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.

Yes, he can. Any man 21 and older is welcome as long as he is booked with a female companion.
