Travel Insurance

Travel Insurance is highly recommended.  A suggested travel insurance company is below but you may research others and choose another.

  • When making reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan.

  • ​Reservations must be made in your Full Name as it appears on your passport or government ID. All payments to Opulence Travel Agency also dba Traveling Sistas Travel Group are non-refundable and non-transferable. By booking this trip you are accepting our terms and conditions.

  • It is the guest responsibility to notify Opulence Travel Agency of all email and physical address changes.

  • Your selected roommate(s) should make their reservations within 14 days of your reservation. If not, your reservations will be adjusted to current occupancy and your price will change on your invoice to reflect the new occupancy change.

  • Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. For this trip your passport should not expire before February 9, 2028.

  • This is a Land Only Package; you are required to make your own flight arrangements and transportation to Providence, Rhode Island

  • At check-in, a major credit card will be required for check-in to cover anticipated room charges.

  • A full day-to-day itinerary will be provided 45 days before travel, if not earlier.

  • Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions

  • It is the guest's responsibility to notify Opulence Travel Agency of all email and physical address changes.

  • No one under the age of 18 can attend this event.

  • Once you make your flight arrangements, please enter your flight information here.

  • We will depart early on the morning of August 6, 2027, to travel to the ferry for Martha’s Vineyard. For added convenience, we recommend booking a one-night pre-trip hotel stay with us on August 5, 2027, at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Warwick-Providence Airport, located at 901 Jefferson Blvd, Warwick, RI 02886. This will allow you to arrive the day before.
    Rest comfortably and be ready for our early morning departure.
