Why shouLD I BOOK WITH YOU INSTEAD OF AN ONLINE BOOKING ENGINE?
With us, you get personal assistance before, during, and after your trip. We know that budget is important to you so we strive to get you your dream vacation with your personal budget in mind. We provide honest advice about destinations and resorts to help you choose what's best for you. At times we are able to provide discounts and promotional offerings that aren't offered to the general public.
What important information should I have ready before contacting you?
Ideally you should have a set budget in total and or per person if planning a group trip. The amount of adults, including you, and or children planning on joining you on your adventure. A general idea of where you may like to travel. The location is always interchangeable and we can help you choose, but a general area throughout the world always helps to get us started.
What do you specialize in?
Although we can help you plan any trip you desire, our specialties includes cruises, all-inclusive vacations and group trips.
Should I get travel insurance?
It is not required, but we do recommend that you purchase travel insurance along side your trip. Life happens, and in the event that you are not able to make your trip, you'll be able to recover your out of pocket expenses outlined in the policy.
I want to plan a cruise for my family reunion. Where do I start?
No problem, just contact us to get started. We can help you pick a destination and even reserve group space for you in most cases. Just let us know when you'd like to go and approximately how many will be joining you, as well as estimated budget per person and we can go from there.
I may want to take in a concert or sporting event while on vacation. Do you have any options for tickets?
Yes, we offer access to a variety of concerts, theater, sporting events, and other event tickets to get the most out of your experience.
I am ready to book my vacation and pay my deposit, but my roommate is not. Can I book my trip now?
Yes, you may book your trip now. However, because there would be only one person on the reservation, you will be booked at the single occupancy rate after one month if your roommate does not book. Should you add a roommate later, your rate will revert to the double occupancy rate
I do not have my passport yet. Can I still book my vacation for my international trip?
Yes, you may book your vacation without entering passport information. Please let us know when you receive your passport so that we can take down this information.
I am paying the deposit for my roommate and myself. Do I need to fill out one reservation request form or two?
You would fill out two separate forms, one for you and one for your roommate and make two separate payments.
I am paying this entire vacation for myself and my roommate. Do I need to fill out one reservation request forms or two?
You will complete one form. In the drop-down box for “total number of passengers” enter “2”. You will be able to enter your roommate’s name and information as Passenger 2
Does submitting my reservation request book my trip and lock in my price?
Submitting your reservation request does not book your trip or locks in your price. Your trip is booked, and your price is locked in only after your deposit is processed and your reservation is confirmed.
Do you offer Roommate Matching?
Currently we do not offer roommate matching but this is something on our future agenda.
Do you offer any refunds if I must cancel?
All hosted trips and bus trips payments to Opulence Travel Agency and Traveling Sistas Travel Group are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Opulence Travel Agency has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This way we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.
Can my husband or boyfriend travel with the group on hosted group trips?
Yes, he can. Any man 21 and older is welcome as long as he is booked with a female companion.
I want to host my own group. Can Opulence Travel Agency plan it for me?
Yes we can, we are more than happy to expertly curate your group just for you.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MAKE MY payments, but my roommate fails to pay?
You will be responsible for finding a new roommate or you must pay the additional cost for the occupancy change. i.e. If you were originally booked for double occupancy, you would now have to pay the single occupancy rate if you are not able to get a new roommate.
