- Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates. For this tour, your passport should not expire before July 3, 2024. Please look at your passport right now to be sure it does not expire soon.
- Refunds will not be provided for expired passports.
- When making reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan.
- Reservations must be made in your Full Name as it appears on your passport. All payments to Opulence Travel Agency are non-refundable and non-transferable. By booking this trip you are accepting our terms and conditions.
- Currently, US Passports holders will receive VISA upon entry into Dubai. No fee is required at this time. If changes happen, we will notify you via email.
- You are required to make your own flight arrangements and airport transfers. When making your own flight reservations, you must pay close attention to dates. You should schedule your flight to ARRIVE in Dubai on December 27, 2023. This means you must fly out of the United States on December 26, 2023. You should also schedule your departure flight for January 2, 2024.
- At check-in, a major credit card will be required for check-in to cover anticipated room charges.
- A full day to day itinerary will be provided 30 days prior to travel if not sooner.
- A private Facebook group will be created 60 days prior to travel.
- It is the guest responsibility to notify Opulence Travel Agency also dba Traveling Sistas Travel Group of all email and physical address changes.
- No one under the age of 21 years of age can attend this event.
